Garrett Tripp Director

Garrett is Los Angeles-based writer and director. Always knowing he wanted to pursue a career in film, Garrett went on to earn a BFA in Electronic Arts Video Studies from Missouri State University. He produced Epilogue, a science fiction web series, which went on to be a Student Emmy Winner and International Academy of Web Television Awards Nominee among other accolades. Garrett’s short film, Komisch, went on to be a 2013 Cannes Film Festival Short Corner Selection. Garrett is currently developing his first feature film.

Dana Melanie Lissy

Dana was born in Los Angeles, California and now divides her time between NY and LA. She began her acting career at age 11 and started writing soon after. Dana developed her craft early on at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and continues to grow her craft with each new role.

Ford Fanter Stephan

Ford Fanter was born in St. Louis Missouri in 1990. He attended Webster University, earning a bachelors degree in Film Production. Ford works as an actor, filmmaker, and composer in St. Louis. He has appeared in over twenty independent feature and short film productions, as well as written and directed a handful of short films.

Kevin Shabel Producer

Kevin loves to travel, make movies, and pay off student loans. He currently lives in Los Angeles where he spends his time doing all of those things. He graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Writing & Producing for Television and Film – an individualized major he designed for himself.

Joshua Lassing Director of Photography

Born in a small town in the midwest south of Saint Louis, Missouri USA. 
As a student Joshua began his journey into academia at young age as a computer science major, switching to an art program after a divine hatred of mathematics. This lead to his fascination in visual story telling.

After switching his major a fourth time to mixed media he caught the attention of Hungarian artist and film maker Rita Csapo-Sweet, with his photographs, collages and experimental motion work. Ultimately this lead to his acceptance to study at the Academy of Performing and Fine Arts in Sarajevo Bosnia, where he was taught by award-winning director Aida Begic.
Upon finishing the academy's directing program he returned to the US to begin his career as a camera assistant learning his craft from those before him, acquiring more experience and taste.
Since 2009 Joshua has been working as an independent cinematographer, operator and camera assistant.  Over the past few years, he has shot many projects from specs, industrials, commercials, to narrative shorts and features both nationally and internationally.  His diverse, eccentric background delivers an original aesthetic characterized by his dynamic personality, nomadic past, and a deep fascination with the human condition.

Nathan Shelton Special Effects Makeup

Nathan works regularly on independent stage, television, and film projects as a special effect makeup designer.  In 2010, Nathan was honored as one of 417 Magazine’s “Top 20 under 30 People in Springfield” for his work as special effects prosthetic designer for the internationally acclaimed and Academy Award Nominated indie film, Winter’s Bone, as well as his numerous contributions to the stage and film scene in the “Queen City.”  In 2013 Nathan won "Best Makeup Effects" at LA Webfest, and was nominated for an IAWTV Award for "Best Makeup Design" for the College Emmy Award Winning, Epilogue Web Series. Nathan most recently wrote and produced the award winning silent horror web series, Shadow Bound, which was nominated for best special effects at Miami Web Fest in 2014 and served as special effects makeup designer/ sfx supervisor for the feature film, The Weight in 2015. He currently lives in Chicago with his children.

Cara Eckert Production Designer

Cara Eckert originally wanted to be a Disney Princess, but decided to settle on filmmaking. She loves working in Production Design because it allows her to use everyday items to create entirely new worlds. Recently, she drove cross-country from St. Louis to Southern California so she could lie on the beach pursue her dreams.

Kristy Kuster Key Makeup Artist

Kristy Kuster is a professional makeup artist and licensed aesthetician. As an MUA, she started with weddings and photoshoots, which led to commercials, TV show, and indie film shorts with ranges from natural/glam to special effects makeup. Kristy is on her 2nd summer teaching SPX at the Center of Creative Arts.

Kong Thao Production Sound Mixer

Kong is a DJ, musician, sound designer, and all around sound guru. After studying at Madison Media Institute in Recording techniques, Kong eventually found new passion for working in audio for film. Since then, Kong has collaborated with many great people in different fields.

After a socially awkward, metal-mouth teenager axes her parents, she attempts to salvage what's left of her only childhood friendship. However, when he turns out to be just like everyone else, she gets the urge for a few more whacks.
